Meet the Team

Joseph Turp

Clinics: Friday + Saturday.

Available for home visits on request.

Joseph leads our physiotherapy service on neuro physiotherapy, facial palsy management, concussion rehab, vestibular rehab and rehab in disability sport.

He is a specialist physiotherapist currently working at Royal Papworth hospital alongside Addenbrookes hospital.

Joseph qualified from Coventry university in 2018 initially working in Essex then moving to Addenbrookes in 2021.

Joseph has extensive experience in neurological rehab ranging from inpatients to outpatients with specialist interest in facial palsy management and vestibular rehab.

Joseph is currently working as the paralympic futures physiotherapist with UK athletics.

Within his role at Addenbrookes, he works with the neurosurgery team focusing on concussion rehab.

Joseph previously worked with the GB American football team for 2 years, alongside multiple rugby teams over a period of 5 years and was a lead therapist with GB at the touch rugby world cup in Nottingham in 2024.

Sophie Summers

Sophie is one of our senior physiotherapists working at Greenacre Physio. She qualified from Hertfordshire University in 2016. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings including the NHS, Private practice, private hospitals and the sporting environment. She has specialised within Orthopaedics, spinal cord injuries and the emergency department. She has a keen interest in Rugby and has worked with multiple rugby teams over her career.

She currently works at Addenbrookes Hospital within the A&E department a trainee Emergency Practitioner. This work enables her to have an excellent knowledge of early diagnosis and intervention for the best outcomes.
